STUDIO POLICIES

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Radiantly You Aesthetics, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Please notify us by via text or email. Your time and our time are precious, so we ask that you please understand that without giving us enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill your appointment. If you miss an appointment or fail to give us 24-hour notice, your card on file will be charged 40% of your service total.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that things happen however, we want to provide the most relaxing and unique service for each of our guests. If you're running a few minutes late for your appointment we can still proceed with the service although the length of the service will be shortened as a courtesy to other clients.  If you are 15 minutes late or more, the appointment will be rescheduled and the No Show policy will apply. We appreciate your understanding.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. All services have a specific time schedule. An early arrival allows for a relaxed experience. If you arrive late, your service(s) may be shortened in order to maintain the studio's schedule.

Food and Beverage Policy

Please do not bring any outside food or beverages to the studio. As a courtesy, we offer water, coffee, and a selection of other caffeinated beverages.

Gift Cards and Pre-Pay Policy

Gift cards will expire one year after the date of purchase. Gift cards and Pre-Pay's are non-refundable, however, the value of the purchase is transferable to services and products.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the services rendered, refunds will not be issued.
